The event begins with illusions and entertainment from host Jared Hall followed Nick Stanton and his band, the worship band from That Thing 2009/2010. Creative communicator and painter Erick Samuel Timm will help the band close their concert time as he shares a message. The band will then return to the stage for a closing time in worship.
The Beachfront including water-volleyball, the aqua rocker, open swim, and water basketball will open at 11am on Sunday for day of event attendee's.
The Beach House will also open at 11 am serving food, snacks, ice cream and beverages.

August 27-29 Retreat Weekend Deals
This year Epworth & Camp Adventure are rolling out a new line of retreat packages. For those who have done retreats over the Rally weekend, please be aware that there will be no porgrammed worship services or site wide events outside of the Sunday evening's Fall Youth Rally worship/concert event.
These great deals are only available until August 15. Any requests for food, lodging, activities, etc. not booked with our office by August 23rd won't be available.
<<Retreat bookings are only available to groups. Both students and leaders must attend, this is not a camp event where counselors are staffed.>>

Lodging Options
TWO CHOICES : Groups can choose either Private Housing or Community Housing.
- Private Housing reserves an entire lodge (all beds in the cabin) and leaders can fill it as they see fit.
- Community Housing will put your group into an open/shared lodge that may have other groups (leaders/students). The cost is then figured on a per person basis
Meal Options
If you choose Private Housing for your group you may use the kitchen to prepare your own food (not available with Camp Adventure cabins) or you may use the camps meal plans. Also, the Beach House will be serving food all weekend.
If you are in Community Housing or staying at Camp Adventure, the meal plan is required and is figured on a per person basis. Meals provided:
- One Night-Saturday Dinner & Sunday Breakfast
- Two Night-Friday Dinner, Saturday Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, & Sunday Breakfast.

Why the New Date
The Fall Youth Rally is moving to a new date to help serve you and your students better. It serves as a great opportunity to kick off your fall programming with a great trip, an uplifting and inspiring message and time to bond. Come early and add some time on the ropes course or in the paintball fields.
Each year, the fall rally will now be held one week before labor day weekend.
